a home energy assessment.\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is done by a qualified home energy assessor.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The purpose of the assessment style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This refers to the list of improvements the homeowner agrees to make once their house has been inspected by a home energy assessor.\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A few examples of home improvements include energy-efficient equipment, solar and wind technologies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The package can also include labor, deemed cost-effective when they pay for themselves over the expected life span in the number of energy dollars saved.\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A home energy assessment will figure out whether the improvements are cost-effective by doing an analysis on the potential savings of energy dollars.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cost-Effective Test
